Yes. We assist Even G2 customers from across Texas and the continental United States. Some customers travel to our Carrollton clinic for a demonstration and precise prescription measurements, while others may be able to complete portions of the process remotely.

Prescription type and measurement requirements determine whether the order can be handled remotely. Progressive lenses generally benefit from an in-person fitting. Shipping costs and optional shipping insurance will be included in the personalized quote when applicable.

For prescription orders, we must confirm your prescription and obtain the appropriate fitting measurements before finalizing the order. After the selections, pricing, and fulfillment details are confirmed, payment is collected and the order is placed.

Some completed orders are delivered to our clinic for inspection, fitting, and pickup. If shipping is needed, we will explain the available shipping and insurance options before completing the order.

Yes. We provide customized prescription lenses for Even Realities G2 glasses, including single-vision distance and progressive lens options.

The best lens depends on your prescription and how you plan to use the glasses—for example, driving, working at a computer, reading, or general everyday wear. We review those details before recommending and quoting a lens so that you are not placed into an option that does not match your visual needs.

You may provide a current eyeglass prescription or schedule an eye examination at our Carrollton clinic.

Yes. Custom progressive lenses are available for the Even G2. Progressive lenses can provide distance, intermediate, and near vision in one pair, but accurate prescription and fitting measurements are especially important.

For the best result, we recommend an in-office fitting so we can evaluate the frame position, pupillary distance, fitting height, prescription, and intended use before placing the order. Higher prescriptions may also benefit from a thinner lens material.

Yes. We offer in-office Even G2 demonstrations at our Carrollton location. During your visit, you can experience the G2 display, compare the G2A and G2B frame styles, review available colors, and learn how the glasses may fit your daily needs.

If you are considering prescription lenses, we can also review your prescription and take the necessary fitting measurements. We can measure for the Even R1 Smart Ring and show available accessories during the same visit.

Yes. All G2 orders are placed according to the prescription, frame, lens, accessory options, and all other combinations which are confirmed with our team. We will review the details with you before submission so you understand the pricing, timeline, warranty coverage, fit, use, and what to expect from the technology. 

Even G2 frames start at $599. Prescription-lens pricing varies according to the prescription, lens design, material, and intended use. The Even R1 Smart Ring, clip-ons, shipping, and other accessories are optional and are priced separately unless specifically included in your quote.

We will review your frame model, current prescription, visual needs, measurements, and whether the frame must be brought or shipped to our clinic. We will then confirm whether the requested lens option is appropriate and provide a personalized quote before proceeding.
