Due to the large number of recent requests, we now have TeleHealth Services in our practice for your safety and convenience. You are always our first and top priority and we believe this will continue to allow us to provide you with the best care with minimizing the required visits to improve your ocular health.

Although seeing you in the office is always better, there are times where it just does not make sense. Follow the instructions below to see our doctor online.

Please call us at 972-939-6567 to schedule the visit.  You may also go to https://viewpointvisionclinic.setmore.com/  to schedule a time that is most convenient for you.
You will pay your insurance copay, co-insurance, deductible, or our consultation fee. If you have any questions, or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

March 18th, 2020

We have received notification that we must shift to emergency services only. This allows those who are in need to have access to care.

Please know you are our top priority and we see you as part of our family. We want you to know there are several ways we are working hard to support you by offering additional ways of assistance.

1. Any appointments currently scheduled will be postponed and given top priority to reschedule and any new appointments will be added to our list allowing us to help assist as soon as possible.

2. For as long as we are able, we will attempt to have all orders delivered to you when possible or have an option for curbside pickup. You will receive separate communication regarding delivery and status.

3. We are in the process of offering additional consultation services via TeleHealth or similar technology. Additional details to follow.

4. We are dedicated to having direct communication open and available when you are in need. Text communication is preferred and missed calls will be returned in as little time as possible.

5. If you are low on your supply of contact lenses or your glasses break and your examination frequency is impacted, please let us know and we will work with you to ensure your ocular health remains well.

We believe through tough times it is important for us to help each other and we hope you continue to choose us as your caretaker for all your ocular needs.

If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at 903-392-6567.

Sincerely,

Bryan N. Kuder, OD

A note from your Viewpoint Vision family:

We are presently in the midst of flu season, and with the added presence of the coronavirus in Texas, we want you to know we are taking several measures to keep all of our patients and families safe as well as still provide excellent care you expect.

If you or your family are sick with symptoms of the coronavirus, as described by the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC), including fever, cough, chest pain, weakness or body aches, we kindly request that you reschedule appointments until everyone is better. We understand this may cause inconvenience, but we know that when your loved ones are being treated at our office, you will want them to be protected.

I sincerely thank all of our Viewpoint Vision families for their understanding. Your family’s eye health, but more importantly, your total well-being is our number one priority!

Best Regards,

Bryan N. Kuder, OD

The safety and health of our employees and patients are always our top priority.  As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees and patients.

We have advised our employees to follow the public health authorities' guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel, and we have reinforced existing Viewpoint Vision policy, encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional.  As always, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and will be disinfecting multiple times per day.

We would like to share the following tips to Help Prevent the Spread of Respiratory Illnesses, Use Healthy Practices:
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (the time it would take you to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ twice) or, if soap is not available, use hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw it in the trash. If a tissue isn’t available, cough or sneeze into your elbow, not your hands.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
  • Follow CDC’s recommendations for using facemasks, which is for people who show symptoms of COVID-19 to help prevent the spread of disease to others, and for health workers and caregivers in close settings.
  • Practice healthy habits: get sleep, eat nutritious food, drink fluids, be physically active, and manage stress.
  • Influenza and pneumococcal disease are the leading causes of vaccine-preventable respiratory illness in the U.S., so protect yourself with an annual flu vaccine and, if eligible, the pneumonia vaccine.
We appreciate the trust that you place in Viewpoint Vision. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and take actions necessary to help keep our employees and patients safe while providing the products and services people need.
